The Slingsby Society.
If you are a Slingsby, or were a Slingsby before marriage then please join the Slingsby Society. It does not cost a thing and you won't have to do anything unless you want to. I will however keep in touch with you telling you how the site is developing and give you any Slingsby related news. I am sure you would like to conribute to our Family History section and to record here your own family events, such as birth, marriages and deaths.
The more Slingsbys who join the more effective the site will be and the more interesting it will become to members. As with all such clubs and societies your personal detail will not be published here without you express permission ( we will not include addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses. See Privacy Policy ). I will be including a registration form shortly and a message board for people to communicate with each other if they so wish.
I will issue a newsletter from time to time letting you know what is happening here and what news comes in from other Slingsbys
We will not pass your details to anyone else.
So please send me an email telling me where you live and whatever family information you can and become a member of the Slingsby Society.
